RETURNS
If you would like to return an item you have not opened then:
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to declare your desire to return the goods. Fill in the form below.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging it was received in [even if damaged from source or due to shipping process].
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Nutritelligent Ltd. pays for the returns.
You will be reimbursed for the return in the case it is returned in the exact same state it was received within 30 calendar days.
The monetary amount will be the actual amount you paid for the product at point of purchase [i.e. it will take into account any discount incurred at point of purchase].
In order to reduce carbon footprint, you will need to drop-off the return parcel at a designated Parcel Drop-off location [the Return Parcel will not be picked up from your location]
Kindly do not return the item if you have already opened it. For such cases there is no return policy.
Fill in the form below to log a return request, once done we will send you an email within 3 business working days [estimated] for you to download the return postage label which you will use to attach to the products’ parcel you are returning.
